Terms and Conditions of Service
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Quotation: Prior to any work commencement, a T&S Concrete contractor will examine the job on-site and provide a formal quotation. The quotation is valid for 21 days. Any variation to the quote due to customer change of mind or requests not outlined in the formal quotation will incur additional fees, and a new quotation will be given to the customer.Once quotation is accepted and signed by the customer, 10% deposit is payable to the nominated account. After the deposit has been received, T&S Concrete contractor will schedule the project commencement.

Contract: Prior to the commencement of work, it is inferred that the customer has read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of service that is disclosed. This also includes whether or not a written quote has been signed and returned to T&S Concrete. Any project that has a value of $5,000 AUD and greater, the customer will be required to fill out either a 'Small Jobs Contract' or 'Contracts for Large Jobs' as listed on the NSW Fair Trading website. The contract will be provided to the customer via email.

Payment: T&S Concrete require a deposit of 10% of the total quoted amount prior to any work commencement. Payment options accepted: Cash, Direct Deposit, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). For Direct Deposit/EFT, a bank transfer receipt to be provided via email, as this process can take up to 3 business days into the account. Final payment instructions after job completion will be provided in the invoice. Late payment will result in additional fees.
- Scope of Projects: T&S Concrete services within 20km of Fairfield and Liverpool area in NSW. Any services required outside the radius will include additional travel costs and subject to supply availability. Any non-arranged works including excavation, levelling, fill, waste surplus such as builders waste, and garden waste is the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.In the event of project delays caused by factors beyond our control, we will not be responsible for any resulting damages or additional costs.
- Commitment: The customer agrees to provide access to job site during commencement of works and after construction, until job is completed and paid in full. All construction materials and products supplied by T&S Concrete will remain the property of T&S Concrete until the full payment has been received. The customer grants permission to take photographs during work commencement and after for promotion purposes.
- Concrete Maintenance & Care: T&S Concrete recommends that the concrete be left undisturbed for 2 - 3 weeks prior to any construction.
- Liability: T&S Concrete cannot be held responsible for damages to the provided services and products caused by weather, vehicles, animals, children or any other forces not associated with our business. Any claim against T&S Concrete will not be valid in the case of; changes to natural ground water level, changes to soil and soil conditions, plant and tree root damage, excessive ground movement, excessive weight, vehicle damage and inappropriate use.
